Sleeping

I know that sleeping doesn't help at all..
I know sleeping over hours is kinda wasting precious time..
I know sleeping in the morning and active in the midnight
will cause many negative impacts..
But.. I can't help to SLeEP with long hours =,=
From breaking dawn to the afternoon.
I know it is bad for my health and skin.
But.. HOW?
argh..
